Aye finished this last night in about 3 hours, already had the GM bag from a long time ago, and had 4 Hearty Goblin Bloods drop in about 20 minutes.

found the blood in mines of nurga

Went to droga in search of the Hearty goblin blood, but after hunting for it for a few hours with out getting a single one, i went to mines of nurga to look. There i got the two i needed. first droped of "a goblin death caller" and the second of "a goblin spirit lord".

Can you say how frequent the drop was?

I got 9 hearty goblin blood drops in about hour and half after actually finding which mobs drop it. Too bad, at level 70 the mobs were green and I couldnt get aaxp like when I first started hunting in Droga for the blood. However, all I need now is to make the potion for the GM medicine bag, havent had any luck in finding the shade essence.
