Missing recipe: Stunning Concoction i

Does anyone know the new recipe for stunnning concoction i?

It is a sub-combine for one of the recipies in the Expert Tailoring trophy. The old recipe was disabled and no longer combines so I hope there is a new recipe.
It's almost irritating enough to throw out tailoring and tradeskills all together and go find RL again.

Highly annoying, especially since the price of kaktu is 240pp in game for a 1 shot thrown potion. For that price it better stun the mob for 10 or 15 minutes.

This potion is part of the Master Tailor Trophy Tests, so it should be fixed soon. Hoping the old GM Alchemy trophy will be fixed soon as well.
