Alchemy still lvl locked?

After a forced pause of 6 month, I have finally returned to the game. I have a shm lvl 61, with an current alchemy skill of about 180.

My question is, does alchemy still use the old formula, where your max skill was locked to your lvl, or can you increase it now like any other TS ?

It is no longer level locked. Once you hit 25 or 26, you can get it as high as your wallet allows.
