Alchemy still level limited?

I have a shaman I was going to do a little alchemy with. He's only 56 however. Did they lift the cap that used to be on pre-level 60 shaman? or am I stuck with the skill max equation I saw posted?

Cap is gone, you can take it to 300 (yes, 300 ) as soon as you can train it

So at level 26 (25?) you can train all the way up to 300 right?

If the old formula still applied then to get to 300 you would need to be level 84

For clarification, you can only train your way up to 21. From then on, you'll need to skill up by way of doing non trivial combines.
