serpent's drink effect change

The spell cast when drinking the Serpent's drink potion seems to have changed on the live servers just recently. The potion now seems to cast Turtel Skin on a person.

Is this a new change, or did I miss it?

Oooh ya, that's a wee bit of an upgrade over the previous effect Scale Skin, an additional 3-4 AC.
