I have a 46th level Shaman and want to use Hydrated Amber Resin

I would like to find out if is consummed during the combine or reuseable ?

Do you mean when you use it to make augments?
If yes then it gets used up on both attempts at making and successes.

I am sorry I just reread my question . I left half of it in my brain when I typed it last night.

I wanted to use it as a possible skill up route if the Rosin wasn't used up in the combine. So if it is then , oh well I think I'll head to Abysmal Sea and do the Shaman quests there until 56 skill then empty my bank account .
