Does anyone know what Simple Taelosian Disease Cure Potion does? And if it removes disease, how many counters? Thanks for any information.

Same as Jorlan's Cleaner. It is for the Abysmal Sea conversion quests, specifically the alchemy collect quest. It's something you make when doing the quest, but then turn back in to the npc. There's no other known use.
