Jorlan's Amazing Cleaner?

Does anyone know what Jorlan's Amazing Cleaner does? If it removes disease, or posion, how many counters? Thanks for any help.

Jorlan's Amazing Cleaner is a quest item with no effect. It is for the Abysmal Sea conversion quests, specifically the alchemy collect quest. It's something you make when doing the quest, but then turn back in to the npc. There's no other known use.
