oow aug can be double tradeskilled ?

I saw this on lucy this morning :

base Kyanite is 10 HP. so this aug have been upped to 45HP and players Added a mark on it ?
same for citrine witch is 2DS base on it.

I tought it wasnt possible ? is it a bug ?

The original augment (w/2ds) can be improved by a JC'er. Then the improved augment can be worked on by a poison maker or an alchemist to produce the augment that you found in Bazaar.

JC improves the base stat.
Poison Making/Alchemy adds an effect.
