Does the hawkseye potion add to skill like the main area says? the hawks eye spell line adds chance to hit % not actual skill. Hawks eye is 10%, falcons eye is 20%, and eagle eye is 40%.

Where do you see the site saying hawks eye adds to skill? I see "10% improved chance to hit with archery" in the database entries for the single, 5- and 10-doses. Is there a mention of it lurking somewhere else?
