What is Concoction Of Flame III and what or how do I use it? What does this whole line of potions do?

The Concoction of * potions are a line of thrown potions with a direct damage effect, similar to a caster's nuke. They come in both cold and fire varieties and 4 levels off effectiveness (20hp at level 1 to 65dmg at level 4 per throw). To use a thrown potion you must equip the potion in your ranged item slot and empty your ammo slot, then throw the potion at your enemy using your ranged attack button.

Ok so is there anything that I can place in my ranged slot that will make that effect on my ammo items? Like added damage or something?

No, but the level one potions can be used in a bola recipe to add damage.
