SoW Potion Question

If this has been answered, I apologize in advance. I did a brief search and didn't find an answer.

SoW Potion.
Does the speed granted increase with the level of the Shaman making the potion -OR- is there one set speed forever and ever amen?

The speed granted has nothing to do with the level of the shaman who makes the potions.

For most potions that have an effect that varries (such as DS potions) the effect of the potion varries with the level of the person who drinks the potion. I believe (though am not totally sure) that sow potions work like this.

Tudani is correct. Thecharacter drinking the potion is the one "casting", so it uses the drinkers level as far as spell effects and duration.
