Mystical and Concentration stacking . . .

Specifically, do potions that increase mana regen (Elixir of Concentration and Greater), mana pool (Mystical Infusion) and effective casting level (Mystical Aptitude) stack with KEI or lower level buffs that do the same thing? I keep reading about a cap on mana pool through buffs, but nothing concrete. Wizards have familiars that add casting level, and chanters can buff it as well. To my knowledge there is no cap on mana regen, except FT items.

The Mana increasing ones do. The others I never found worth cost to use (regen specifically). I used Concentration to skill to 192 then dumped the rest on a trader (then lost patience and vendored em)

They stack with almost everything. There are a few exceptions though. If you check out lucy (on allakhazam's website) you can find the stacking issues for it.
