Othmir Illusions

Does anyone know if there is a new illusion potion for Othmirs? I see peoples corpses around nexus once in a while in the form of Othmirs?

GMs have been turning people into othmir for kicks. I hear it was happening a lot on Halloween, but I've also heard isolated reports here and there. Not sure if it's part of a story kind of thing or just general silliness. But no, definitely not a potion.
