Only a bit peeved! Ok.. so a lot.

Spent FOUR HOURS last night. From 8 to 12, pretty much constantly hitting the submit button in their store for my LOY pre-order. I ran out of cash cause I had to buy a video card so I was using my dads, and so had to cancel pre-order #1 and re-order the pre-order.

So after 4 hours of clicking I still didnt get in, and now not only do I have to wait until thursday for it, I have to pay more. /kick VI

Bastards... they need a better store.

Ugh yeah, I preordered last night (talk about cutting it close). Store kept having problems. Was getting very frustrated that I wasn't going to be able to get it to work. Fortunately though, I found that my expansion got registered just buy pressing the button in the game, so maybe it will be the same for you.

If not, I'd send an email complaining about having to pay the extra money because their website wasn't working.

I tried to set up a new account last night. I started at a little after 11 Pacific, and entered in information and pushed buttons until I got to the "Please wait, this may take a moment" screen. After about ten minutes, I figured something must have happened to screw up the connection. So I escaped, and then attempted to log in using the new account information to verify that it hadn't gone through.
No good.
So I restarted the setup account procedure again.
It got to the "... may take a moment." screen again, and I let it sit there while it presumeably set up my account.
About ten minutes after midnight, I still hadn't set up my new account.
So I logged back on, verified that the level 60+ Guk faction group was still taking all of the spawns on the dead side (grr...), and after moving my main to the Stonebrunt docks, logged back out again. Then I entered the new account information one more time, and went to bed.
This morning, when I got up, I discovered that when the patch started, it had apparently caused me to lose my connection with the server. And sure enough, you guessed it, the account still hadn't been set up (after closing the "connection lost with server" message from EQ, I was back one of the screens you use to enter information for a new account).

Hmm, I didn't have any problem, when I preordered, 2 WEEKS AGO.

I think I'll blame the post office for those lines, when I drop off my taxes, April 15th.

There is this to consider, however.
When April 15th rolls around, and there are lines at the Post Office, at least you can be guaranteed that you'll get your taxes in the mail eventually - even if it takes some waiting in a very long line.
GMs were making announcements on the hour for the last couple of hours before midnight Pacific reminding people that it was their last chance to get LoY at the reduced price. But even trying to set up a new account (not register LoY, just create a new account - admittedly related, but not the exact same thing) was impossible even after the midnight deadline was well past.

Little rant: I did preorder on both of my accounts the day we could preorder (maybe the day after).

Both accounts said 'all expansions enabled' until yesterday. My wife's account was fine, but mine didn't get the expansion.

Called the bank, their records were a few days behind, so I couldn't check to see if they charged me twice for the expansion or not. Still have to check on that, but according to the station store, they didn't charge my account for the expansion.

Basically I got kinda mad, and then realized that a 4 dollar error just wasn't worth getting pissed about.

So I have more banks space now. Yay.
