Hehe... I too am a truck person and so have to come in.
Im lucky, as Im a serious heavy offroader. I have a 92 ranger with an 8.5 inch lift, 35x12.5 inch tires, and a roll bar w/lights. I can usually get out with 1 of 2 things.
1) The shocks are meant for off-road, not loads.
2) Im too high, much more weight and Ill tip
Neither are true but they work, and..
Neither of those apply for me but YES! I will NEVER let someone drive my truck. If Im drunk or injured, we'll take another **** car or walk. And if im goin far away we'll take rest breaks. PERIOD! Rawr...

Let...someone...else...drive...MY...TRUCK?!?!?!??! ?!?!?!?
Are you insane man??? That would be like sending someone on vacation with one's wife??? There are only two times that you let someone else get behind the wheel of your truck -
1) You're too drunk or injured to drive
2) You're going cross country and destination is further than 18 hours away (or however long you can drive without needing a break)
