Tailored from items from the Plane of Fire. I'm sorry but, what the heck were they thinking? 10 wisdom on an int caster robe? The HP and Mana are nice (though I have better already), but really now...do they think we're stupid or something?

Error when the entry was being made into the data base?

Heh, someone at Verant obviously got the INT and WIS codes confused when entering this stuff. The leather stuff from storms all has INT on it and this has WIS. Hopefully an error.

      Nice robe though.

There are MUCH better robes accessable for those who can make into the elemental planes even if it had int instead of wis.

EDIT, for Innoruuk's sake, I'm wearing a kunark robe and it still has better stats.

Why does it have to be an error? Isn't it possible they intended it this way? Granted it could be useless, but there are lots of useless things in the real world as well.

That isnt acceptable in the least. "Useless" items are one thing; "useless" items that were tradeskilled with expensive, difficult to obtain, and dangerous to obtain materials are a smack to the face.

I've asked for a review of the tradeskill-made planar armors, as many of them seem to have reversed INT and WIS, and don't seem to match the risk vs reward model.

              We'll see what happens.

I'd say it's not likely to be changed. A lot of the blue diamond armor for casters doesn't have any INT (or WIS either)... and that was left alone.

Sylphan I'd argue that was done largely on purpose with the assumption if you are going for the BD armor you have maxed your INT/WIS and so they are useless to you, it's better giving you another little bit of mana or health.

The PoP armor clearly is NOT making that assumption, it seems like it was designed around people skipping all of the previous expansions and twinking their new level 45 guildmates and is largely junk.

Well, if it was on one peice, I probably wouldn't think twice, but having an entire suit of leather armor with a bunch of INT on it is curious and would make you think it was a mistake. Also, Verant stated that tradeskill armor from the higher planes would be better than those from the lower ones.
