I collected about 12 of those durty, rotten, no good, stupid tendons, all with about the same drop rate...
Then I turned around and collected 9 of the powdered wolf claws...


If I ever have to step paw inside Hallowshade for any reason other than to go clinically insaine I might might actualy vote for Bush in the next ellection.

And to date I've yet to wear my garrison cloak or wolf bane claws.. I have a better cloak than the Officer's cloak, and it'll be a long time, if ever, before my guild has the manpower to complete the general's raid for the Hero's cloak. And considering the fact that it's an unknown period of time for the General to spawn I have my doubts that I will ever get a chance at it.
