So they'll do the patch when they get back, in case any problems happen. Nothing to worry about.

Hate revamp - EEP! - glad I got the epic peices and the only drops I could use from there while it's still duable.

I'm also a bit worried about them doing an April 1st patch - god knows what joke that seems funny to them in a meeting will turn into a major slaughter for us in game.

If I had a plat peice for every time the GMs were discussing an event after it was over and they most likely started the discussion with "Well, it seemed like a good idea at the time..." :shock:

actually thats for HateplaneB an Upper Level version of hate for those 60+

They probably postponed the patch so that the Devs can get out of the mobbing at FF for charm/archery changes.

Edit- just found out they are making Hate a 60+ zone. It's just a revamp, not a new zone.

Er...
That's not a good thing. There are a number of epic drops from Hate. If the zone suddenly becomes 60+, they'd need to move the drops elsewhere so that the people the epics were designed for would still have a reasonable chance of getting them.

Or else have a section of the zone, near the port in area, still be based around the old levels and the zone scales up as you move further away from that.

Hmm, I do hope they either move epic drops or do like an above poster suggested and scale the difficulty the deeper in you go, because epics are supposed to be do-able starting at level 51.

Plus, the Hate plane armor is appropriate for the zone as levels are NOW, and is one of the stops along the way in guild/character progression to upgrade armor to move on to the next 'tier of difficulty. Also Hate armor as it stands now would suck for the 60+ crowd. And what about that neato 'planar armor turn-in' PoK quest?

And as a wizard, porting in at level 46 to a 60+ zone would not be my idea of fun (I'm 57 now, but you know what I mean.)

Ah well, things change and I'll wait and see, but I wish they'd just go ahead and make a HateplaneB instead though. Then 60+ crowd would be happy and everyone else would still get to try Hate starting at 46, and get upgrades to their armo.. Also, other PoP zones progress from Tier 1 to 2... why not Hate?

I know what you mean - made a few hard leveling runs to catch up with my guild so I could go raiding and stuff - everyone kept telling me that I've just gotta make 46 so that I can do planer and kael raids - and then PoP came out, everyone made a mad dash for 60+ and now I'm being told to hurry up and get to 55 so that I can do PoP and HoT raids.

Why can't there be any mobs that are impossible to beat unless you've got a GM baker with trophy for the MA?
