A chanter friend of mine logged in today in the bazaar, and someone was auctioninng for 4 golden idolts. She convinces me to hook up with her, and we make them and split the profits. We get enough supplies, and since I have the higher skill, (204), I tried to make them. Made 5 out of 5. Then fired them, again 5 out of 5. She sold them and I make a nice 1500 out of it. Woulda been more but she bought all of the supplies, and had to recoupe those losses.

What does one do with 5 idols though? Are they used for a quest or the person just wanted them to distribute to friends or alts or whatnot? Just curious, as I dont know too much about the idols

The golden idol of tunare is for the PoTC quest.
I know of some people who get the 2 they need and get an extra to carry in their range slot.
