....refuse to shovel their sidewalks after significant snow, making it impossible for me and my dogs to be safe when we walk and who put our neighborhood children in danger because they have to walk in the street to get to the bus stops.
...refuse to control/contain their dogs who aggressively attack, accost, molest, bother...choose your verb....me and my dogs who are leashed.
