Ok so this is just my opinion but its something that really bothers me. I have been around EQ for the last 7 or so years. I started really playing about 3 years ago. I have a total of 10 toons *my main is a 83 warrior on Drinal and totally my baby! =)* on my account. Here is my primal scream....why doesnt sony start you with at least a little plat? Say 500 from the time of character creation? I know that you can run around the tutorial or whatever zone you start in and slowly trudge your way through enough kills/loots to buy the spells, etc that you need to progress but it doesnt seem right to start with absolutely nothing. Perhaps its just me. Also, I recently started a bard *goddess help me...I have a TON of respect for high level bards because they are very complicated toons to play*. With her I noticed that, if you start in the tutorial, you get your beginner level songs *1-5 as Ive only gotten her to 7 so far* and yet there are no drops for/vendor does not sell any low level instruments for you to be able to USE these songs. I actually got the infuriating message to stick to singing. So for this particular moment my ranting is done =) feel free too comment or whatever. Just wanted to get it off my chest. lol Happy hunting and Blessed be.
