  • Move moron

Some, well, moron, was begging everyone and anyone in the bazaar earlier this evening right at the zone in area from the Nexus. He was an ogre and was creating a worse traffic jam then the overturned trailer on I95 today - I just found this exchange between him and one of his targets to good not to share - the names have been blurred to protect the moron and his target.

Moron is the fourth line down and the irate person's response is by the cursor arrow.

Psst, missed a blur I think.

    H***** says, 'mpve'.

Honestly don't see anything remotely resembling humor in the post... is this the right screenshot?

Just one guy telling another guy to move... no witty remark... no funny anything... just 'Move moron'.

Seems like a wasted screenshot unless I am missing something more.

I think it's because he spelled move "mpve" and the guy corrected him.

Not particularily funny if that is it, but it's funnier than just the obvious.

        Eh, I-95, GS Parkway, 280, 80, 287, 195, 295..
Its all the same parking lot near me.

Hmm, I think his issue is that some *huge* Ogre was standing right at the zone point and wouldn't move, therefore making everyone's live (who was trying to get in) a nightmare...

Unfortunatly, I see that all the time (what is it with people acting like roadblocks playing ogres?). And I haven't seen one yet who wasn't an ignoramus (sp?)...

Hark! Who is that, prowling along the fields! It is Draggar De'VIr, hands clutching two hardened pitas! He cries gutterally: "In the name of Thor the Mighty, I hereby void your warranty, and send you back to God!!!"

I have not seen that in the bazaar yet. However I have seen orge roadblocks in doorways in some of the city. I like the ones that park in the doorway to a bank or merchant and then go AFK.(not?) :x :x :P :x

I used to see it a lot at the spot where the tunnel from the Nexus opens out into the Bazaar proper. There would be a cluster of people on each side of the passageway (not really that big of a problem as they were usually hugging the wall), and an ogre parked smack in the middle. Haven't seen it for a while, though. Maybe people figured out that was a good way to annoy everyone.

It just takes a few seconds to run through Shadow Haven to get to the bazaar, and avoid the fat ogres and barbarians and trolls.

              And it's scenic!

You can hold right mouse button down and hit left or right arrow to slide to the side and get around these idiots that stand at bazaar zone, works everytime.

You can either strafe left or right around them, jump over them (as I usually do), if you can self levitate then levi works or as Lilosh said, Shadowhaven is one hall over from the Bazaar zone and takes a few seconds longer. It's better then adding to the traffic jam at the Bazaar zoneline.

i had an incedent concerning a moron blocking the way, I was hunting in SolB, my group consisted of 4 halflings, a wood elf and me (Barbarian shaman).

we zoned in to solb, big ogre standing right there, the halflings and the wood elf got passed him, he managed to bump me into the corner there and pin me, i couldn't get out. he kept demanding that i shrink him, my group kept telling him to stop holding their shaman hostage.

Appearantly he was 2boxing it, and with his second account pulled a train to the zoneline (did i mention he, the ogre warrior was lvl 58), kept me pinned in the corner, till the mobs agroed and KILLED me.

needless to say, myself and my 5 groupmembers sent out a petition the moment i died.

we kept a log of everything, this bastard was quoted to say "hehe" when i died.

This is exactly why i love SOE zoning into the bazaar from the nexus is a nightmare for us shorties. I have been stuck before for up to 10 minutes cannot move as ogre and barbarians have zoned in before and after my short self. With SOE I can float over the traffic. WOOT.
