On Bristlebane, I ended up getting 2 MDS for 1500pp each in buyer mode. There were about 7 traders up, 1 with 34 and another with 11 MDS at prices of 17 - 20k, I wonder if they will be back up trying to sell them when patch is over.

I sent each trader a tell, but all were AFK.

The sad thing is..they will still have them up for sale, and some unknowing person will buy some planning to have someone make Elaborate armor for them.

It is my experience that such suckers not only exist, but do so in abundance.

When Legends of Norrath came out, they made a seemingly minor change regarding weapon procs (i.e. that they now only fire when striking the primary target of the wielder) that had a major impact on the functionality of Earthshaker.

Of course, I stupidly did not understand the ramifications of such a change, and only after I picked up an Earthshaker (for 700k platinum, which I thought was a bargain) did a buddy of mine (god bless him) point out just how stupid I actually was.

Long story short, I recouped my losses and even made a small profit. I just threw it up on trader and someone bought it.

No doubt that those with old cultural components are looking to do the same. Most will likely succeed, at least partially.

Actually, the guy who bought it, has it for sale for 16k now. Maybe a reseller. SWEET!

We still have a buyer on Combine buying 999 MDS at 1k each. Makes me laugh every time I see it. Of course people still selling them at 30k, though some of the traders got half a clue and are down to about 1500pp.
