ARRRRRG!
A 46 triv combine requires 200 in poison making to do the combine for sting of the shissar.... okay, so I look around......
275 triv spirit of sloth, all store bought, took me to 200(with trophy so 18x) and I can make the sting of the shissar... but of course I can't use the sting of the shissar that I could always make for at least another 4 levels.....
