200 PoR Bow combines, skill 283 dex 415 on a bow that trivs 291... attemp 1-195 no skillups 196 "you become better a fletching (284)" 197 "you become better a fletching (285)" 198-200 no skillups... Am I really supposed to think this is random?? I know what the calc says and I know is just bad RNG luck, but someimes I wonder...

It's bad luck, and I wrote a lengthy (and un-needed, search posts by me for the mechanics) answer but decided against it.
I had bad luck this week. Lost the only roll I've ever had on a Glowing Rune.
I had good luck this week. Two or three times I had Gift of Mana go off three times in a row (1/1000 chance)
Relish the knowledge that because YOU had a bad streak someone ELSE had a good streak. You made someone else, whom you might not even know, have a great day. Woot, Grats Buns!! Making someone's day and all !!
