What is going on with Grandmaster Rewards

I have completed Expert level (250) in baking on 1 character and tailoring on another. I created the artisan seals for them and tried the combine for the Grandmaster Brewer's Corker and the Grandmaster Tailor's Needle. It took 5 {gosh-darn} times on each one of these characters !!!!

OK, that's a cost of approximately $25k each!!! I have made these in the past and the most it has taken is 2 tries to make them. It's not my character's stats or anything having to do with that and I have max AAs on each of them.

This is ridiculous!

I remember failing 3 of those GM smithing trophy back when 252 was the highest your skill could be, and then I decided I didn't really need a weightless bag that badly.

<shrug> Made my GM corker about a week ago. First try. I think RNG sucks would be the phrase you are looking for.
