Over the weekend, I had a person wanting me to combine GM Stalwart Greaves for them. Since I was waiting in Freeport for them, I decided to combine some for myself to sell. I failed, salvaged nothing.

I did his combine, failed. Salvaged nothing.
He went, bought more scales, I combined again, failed and salvaged 1 sheet.
Next day, he brought me 5 scales, first combine failed, salvaged 2 sheets.
Next combine failed, I salvaged 1 sheet.
Final combine succeeded.

Felt bad for the poor guy after that many combines. All of this was with having smithing at 297 and Salvage 3. What a mess.

I know what you mean. 300 skill here in all but pottery, but I offer anybody asking for a combine my Authentic Magelo ID number to verify my skills.

I also will switch on my Expert (Tailor, Blacksmith) Title so the can see it.

It still doesn't help when I fail 3-4 times in a row on their combines...

The Titles are enough for me. I wish they had an addendum to it for your salvage skill though. You might be expert...but do you really have that salvage ability?

You can allow someone to look directly into your skills and see EXACTLY what they are, not just what titles you've earned. Same with AA's.

No need for Magelo, no need to pay for authentication either.

not anymore. pay to play now. key catagories have the word UPGRADE rather than a stat. clicking on AAs takes you to the "What are you waiting for? Upgrade today" page listing the many benefits etc.

From what I can tell, its all pay to play... you can't see anything without buying.

Absolutely true now, can't even see your own AA's without paying.
