Been looking for this chump in Oasis and S. Ro for several nights now, no sign of 'em.

Needed for his drop, Spiritual Anchor for the Grand Robe of the Oracle quest (tradeskill route).

I was camping the AC for an alt not so long ago. My method of spawning him is to ignore all the tried and tested methods and just AE the whole zone in one go. During that time I must have killed about a hundred ghouls and only seen the named once. Incidentally, he didn't drop the ankh I don't think this is a quest I will be starting soon

I shoulda read about the quest a bit more before jumping into it - as it is now I just need the Spiritual Anchor and a few more smithing poitns to finish
