I remember reading a post by Vaslin on the Safehouse that he talked to every NPC to be sure they were complete. Not sure how, but he missed almost every tradeskill-related NPC in PoK. So many of them have text where they are chatting right along, telling me this adventure and that while I wait for the big payout when BAM, they cut off mid-word as the buffer runs out. Who knows what we're missing? A use for "unedible pieces of meat"? The secret brew that lady in SH wants? A cure for cancer? We'll never know.

ARGH.

The Iksar cultural smith guy in Cab is the same way, been like that since May 8th, yet to be fixed. There might be some cool Iksar robes there for me, but I'll never know...he stops midway giving the lead in to Celestial Essense, a sentence he never even fully reveals.

Still /bugging after all these years...

I was getting full text for a bit. For me it was a recent happening that it was cut off. (I.E. the spell turnin mobs in PoK used to give there full text, now it is cutoff, making it harder to find them.
