    just to let some steam out. this some complete horse dung. 5 hours in PoG fishing and got from 165-166 this is complete and utter bs. logging off for awhile

    Ouch.

    Seeing as how fishing is THE hardest tradeskill to skill up in (god only knows why this is - were they afraid that people would make fortunes selling thier rusty daggers back to the merchants?) I can't recomend fishing for skill ups - just fish because there's nothing better to do or you need a certain fish and the skill ups just become a bonus.

        Well, if you are in a hurry, you can buy skillups to 200.


        But it gets kinda expensive. at 175ish, they wanted 45p per skillup.

            You mean, out of all the "trade" skills, you don't get the message once you reach 20 skill that you must go out in the world and gain experience in that skill?

              No, apparently Fishing and Poison making aren't grouped under "Advanced Tradeskills" by the game.
