17 times? My goodness. I'm at 2 failures and I'm already dreading gathering components for a third.

2 failures and fed up.... i dread to think about doing a 2nd earing.

I failed the fire undergament tunic 3 times and succeeded on 4th try.

My total costs were a bit over 180kpp. Plus 4-5 hours of kiting (looted 1 sap), countless hours shopping for less than outrageous prices in bazaar and some luck in finding 1 sap on an npc vendor.

Fortunately, I only needed 1 try to make the bow and already had the party platters. I do still need a hope stone, but at least I can find groups that give good xp while waiting for it to drop. I am not planning to make another signet.
