i just tryed 50 combines of gold malachite stuff, and im 1 lvl below triv, and i have 170 int. why am i not lvling up?

I hate to break it to you, but its gotta be the RNG.
Usually with me and Jewelcrafting, if I don't get a Success or Skillup on 7 combines or less, I stop for a while.

It happens. Just grind through it.
I did 238 combines in smithing to get from 194 to 195, with 255 INT. And that is by no means a record.
