Is it just me?

SO I decided to give up on tailoring after 217 unsuccessful attempts to go from 195 to 196. (With INT 265)

I figured that I should work on Pottery. 314 attempts later...I have gone from 203 to 205 (This time with INT 275)

Is it just me, or does it actually seem that I get LESS skill-ups with higher INT? I know these are the hell levels..but I have never seen so bad skill up results like now, after I have raised my INT cap from 255.

You have my sympathy. I only hope that the RNG averages out and the next 50 combines all give a skill up
