Worked up my Smithing to 173, decided to try to make Helanic Tundra Bracer.. tried 2, failed them both.. tried 2 more fails again then had enough for 1 last try.. and *ding*.. Bracer!
Was REALLY luck on that one, since I heard Barbarian Cultural armor is quite hard to get successes before hitting 200
