um buff the mob. if its a macro and you charm the mob or buff it it will throw it off enough. if its a real person they will say stop it and you just nuke the mob and leave them alone. on the other hand tradeskillers have inhuman patience so not sure how you can tell us from macros some time. sometimes when making halas pies i hear music in my head while i'm combining. i listen to the music and it goes much faster.

Tarew Marr, huh? Was it a dwarven Paladin named Phabos? If so, he indeed uses a macro and should be busted.

you forget, phab, that i actually have to be either in the game or at the very least, in the IM for a tell to reach me. And at the rate I am going, that's not gonna happen till about Dec 18 now.

I had a semi-similar experience this weekend also while working on smithing. This starts on Saturday: All the forges were in use in PoK (not a surprise) so I decided to wander down to Rivervale. The forge is never in use there. Well lo and behold, there is a naked half elf sitting beside the forge, perfectly positioned to be able to reach the forge, the ore merchant and the water merchant.

At first I didn't think much of it, but while I was there, I saw them talk to each merchant on a regualar intervals. I decided just to see if they would respond. So I sent a tell asking to use the forge, about 15 minutes later they say what? Yah. So I do my combine and wander of thinking nothing more...ok they are just not paying attention while doing a massive skill run...no worries.

I went back later that night...they were still there in the exact same position...Again the next morning...same spot. I go about my buisness Sunday night I thought what the heck...Ill check again...there they were...I sent another tell asking just out of curiosity, what are you making. Waited for a while...no answer. At this point I decided to /petition to say that I was pretty certain that the person had been macroing. I didn't get a response, but there were no GM's visible either. I checked monday afternoon when I logged on...no naked wood elf...naked human tho...in the same spot...Interesting to say the least.

And now i know why I am recieving all of these spam messages from people on various servers such as marr.phabos tells you "MAAAAAAAAAN!!" and other simular ones like povar.Noishpa tells you "MAAAAAAAAAAAN!! "

I can only think of two reasons for Sanna to be doing this to her roommate, i.e. me.

1. She secretely wants me to be a man so she has someone to date, but that is unlikely since it would jsut be creepy and she already has a man.....

2. She has forgotten my name IRL and is now content in calling me Man so that she can embarrass me in public.

All I have to say about it is....."AHHHHHH, MOTHERLAND!!"

Well when I started asserting myself (killing shades) whoever this person was musta got the hint that I wasn't going to take this shizzle anymore, and they logged.

It wasn't a cute lil' dorfy... I think it was a bard... no one else but us runs that fast, plus we have track. A female bard, wearing that high-elf illusion mask. That's the ONLY explanation, man.

It's a conspiracy, maaaaaan... it goes up to the highest levels of power to keep the ignorant masses under control. They know I'm onto them, maaaaan... they're gonna try and silence me... spread the word! Fight the power! REVOLT!!!

I dunno... when I'm in "ultra farm" mode, I have everything timed out to know exactly when the mobs are going to pop. That's totally possible here.

However, the elf using the forge in Rivervale is definitely a macroer. I won't elaborate on what they're doing.
