Vendors meaning two or more, so are you truely saying that more than one NPC vendor are selling the Ornate? Or you happened to find that on A single vendor?is sold by npc vendors for exacly 1cp!

And for the record, on my server they go for around 10 to 15k (I've put it on trader for 30k as I'm not really sure of what I want to do with that and don't really want to sell it yet)
