Ack! A frog in GFay!

Was about to zone into LFay to do a little revenge/foraging, and came across a little frog in GFay sitting at the zone line to Lfay. Called the Second Fragment of Igok.
Wont' respond to hails or anything else. Anybody else have one on their server? I'm on RN.

The First Fragment of Igok (sp?) is in Nektulos Forest. He spawned a few times while my husband and I were leveling up our dark elves. Being dark elves, we killed him. He gave *positive* hits for Gukta Froglok factions (as in, our faction with a some of the Gukta groups went up). Pretty weird, but I never did look him up online to see if there was anymore to him.
