Brownie torso

Does anyone know what this is for? A guildmate took me to Lesser Fay to go kill some brownies, so I could get some parts. Acouple of them dropped this. I did not see it in any of the armour quests, nor could I find it on AllahKazams. It is listed with the new tradeskills tag.
Should we just destroy them?

I dunno, but it drives me nuts since they now drop fewer parts due to more stuff in their drop list *beats a brownie with a foraged vegetable*

My guess is some newbie armor quest out of akanon *shrug*

Try making chocolate out of it?
