  • How to change the 'visitor' tag?

is the 'visitor tag that shows up under your avatar pic a label that changes depending on # of posts? and if so what is the next label up from visitor and how many posts does it take? if not - how do you change it from visitor to something else?
    thanks

Can't recall the progression, but yes, it is number of posts. Apprentice traders is the second or third title after visitor; it may go novice/journeyman/apprentice trader, something like that.

It doesn't take too many to get out of visitor status, then it takes quite a few. I'd say don't worry about what your title is, just try to make every post you do make worthwhile, rather than just one to "up the count".

hehe ok i just hate the 'visitor' label only because i can't remember what my username was from a year ago and have been here for so long that i hardly feel like a visitor but /shrug guess i'll just have to let it start over - never noticed that tag there before. i can be oblivious that way sometimes hehe

            The progression goes as follows:

            Visitor
            Contributor
            Hobbyist
            Apprentice Trader
            Trader
            Expert Trader
            Grandmaster Trader

The last two categories take a LOT of posting.
