  • What NEW race do you want to play next?

What NEW race do you want to play when SONY does the next expansion with a new race? Just asking because I think it will be cool to see the answer. Have a good one.

I want to play an Aviak .

Most of them seemed to fight hand to hand, so they can be monks, hehe.

Talk about safe fall, I think even if they can't innate levitate, they would at least never take falling damage.

/nod aviaks. As long as they preserve the old models; I don't like the new frogs (apart from the blue one) nearly as much, and they ruined the flip-cast animation. :?

Proposed classes: warrior, monk, shaman, enchanter (isn't the aviak in the West Freeport caster guild an enchanter trainer?), maybe beastlord.

Faeries would be cool, or if they actually made a race dependent on another expansion, the coldain. They would just need some serious zone development.

                Othmir!!
Not only am I into otters in real life BIG time, but I'd have SOOO much fun playing an Othmir Bard... Course they'd need to add a jug or washtub banjo as bard instruments...

                  Gnolls...

Being Canines, they'd be the only race in the game that would start out KoS in Shar Vahl.

                    Yup, othmir, definitely othmir.

I've slaughtered enough of them in my quest to GM tailoring that the species really should be wiped out now... and I think every single one of my chars / alts / mules has at one point or another had an othmir cap... All my friends would find it hilarious. =)

I allways thought putting in the Kedge might be cool. Or possibly some other race whose prime deity is Prexus. Don't ask me how you would work sea creatures walking on land. Maybe EB items for surface walking . Could have a whole set of newbie zones and such underwater so that they didn't need to leave until they could acquire an EB item. That would be a neet expansion...a whole underwater world.

                          Wont happen.

Centaurs were traditionally topless. And they would have to either change that, or face the wrath of angry mothers.

                          *sigh*

Of course, it would not be a-typical for Sony to depart from traditionally myth so I don't see the topless issue as a problem. Though with my main being a Ranger, I'd be more concerned with the possibility if the centaurs "stealing our fire" with their legendary prowess with bows. Again tough, that could be departed from too. Can you imagine the SPEED you could get with a Centaur Bard though???

And topless Centaur's would be no problem...the spider people in DL and FV are topless - their hair is just covering them strategically.
