Mead Vinegar Recipes

I made some mead and converted half of it to mead vinegar in real life. I am having a hard time finding recipes that use mead vinegar. Googling it returns the recipes for making mead vinegar, not what to do with said vinegar.

Does anyone have any recipes that use mead vinegar?

Mead vinegar is quite sweet for vinegar. But being a vinegar it can be used pretty much anyplace regular vinegar could be. Some suggestions are Honey Mustard, a summer salad dressing, part of marinades for chicken, or even wholistic cures for bladder infections (you drink it straight).

Because it's so much sweeter, it's hard to use in a lot of recipes that would normally use wine vinegar... but a lot of recipes that use balsamic can use mead instead.

And hear, hear, on the salads. It makes a great vinaigrette for fruit- and cheese-laden salads, just like balsamic.
