Some of the dropable items have so-so stats or worse. For example fabled book of impracibility is required 75 but has stats that would compare to a required 20 item. I had one and burned it for 15k tribute =) not even worth selling in bazaar.Grolyn Blacknife

There is a lvl 65 req. robe from Shadeweavers, lvl 40 required and another (I forget req level) from Netherbian
And the netherbian ones are stuff that would be nice until level ~30 and after that suck ..
the robe, has 125 hp iirc, 20 ac, 1% mod to some skill (i think, might be another one, I have seen too many loots today) and would be nice in the 40s, maybe 50s I would say..

I farmed Netherbian for an hour or so trying to get the swarmleader to spawn, only to get a droppable, but req. level way out of the range of use itemDdemons Ddemise
