So like whats with the Rivervale Forges by the soulbinder, hows a halfling supposed to reach the top one?? Wouldnt it be better to have them next to each other rather than stacked one atop the other.

That's a bug there's only supposed to be 1.

That's not the only instance of stacked forges. The same bug exists in the city of Erudin, where two cultural forges are stacked with one on top of the other. Fortunately, the regular forge located nearby is all right.Comment

Yes. It is a bug.
It is a code bug so i just get to wait until it is fixed, there is nothing I can do about it in the data that is an acceptable solution
