Skilling up lockpick

Where can I find locked items that are safe to
practice my lockpicking. I looked at freeport bank,
couldnt find the bank door at all. Qyenos used to have
a locked door but now its unresponsive.

My favorite way is to put on an EB item and pick the swinging rock in Paineel that leads to the Hole zone-in.

I skilled up quite a bit in befallen. Down the stairs, it's the (second?) door on the left (the locked one. )

If you are above level 46 you can practice lockpick on the book in the room you port into in Tranquility. Well you used to be able to anyway.
