Anyone else lose their Veteran AAs?

Just about to grind out some AA XP when I noticed that my veteran AA hotbuttons both read 'Not Usable.' My /played indicates, oddly, that even though my character's birthday was over 2 years ago, I only have 0.1 years entitled. I should be getting the third one this month, so I'm guessing there was a snafu somewhere when these got processed. Anyone else noticing similar issues?

EDIT: Yup got 'em back now. Carmaris is correct, file scan fixed it.

My understanding is that if you camp, relog and run a complete file scan, the problem will be corrected.

You don't have to do a file scan. Just go all the way to desktop and start again (you can even skip the patcher). I went 5 days in a row with one account or the other not having vet rewards when I logged on. /camp desk and then launching again fixed it every time.
