Im looking to buy an ooooold poster by Kieth Parkinson titled "North Watch" Its simply a Knight on a Dragon looking lizard in a frozen wasteland. Saw it years ago in a Dragon Magazine an never had the cash to buy it, unfortunatly, now that i can afford it, i cant seem to find it anywhere.

Google (www.google.com) is a wonderful thing. I did a search for "North Watch" + Parkinson and came back with a few hits. One of them was http://www.keithparkinson.com/, seems the artist is in the process of setting up a website (though the store section is still in the works) as the copyright on the page is 2005. I didn't really search the other sites, but if you look through them you might find one that currently has a copy for sale.
