Alchemy guide, where is it?

As title says... I had made an alchemy guide when I had leveled up my friends shaman, and had posted it. Since all the changes, and my friend quit EQ, I made my own Shaman. I wanted to use the guide I had made and posted under the guides, but it seems to be missing. I can't get it from my computer, as I had to reformat my drive about a month ago. Any help on getting my guide back to the boards?

Change your display options when viewing that forum, so you're looking at a longer period of time, and it's right where you left it. It's just old enough to not display when using the default options.
