Well, a friend and I decided to start our own brewing and make our own beer. We decided to start with a red ale, as it's more interesting than a budweiser-esque light ale, but not as difficult as a dark ale(port?)...
We decided to name it after where the water came from... Poughkeepsie, and since it's not exactly fresh spring water... we went with the name "Poughkeepsie's Dirty Red Ale"...
It's been about 3 weeks since bottling and we're going to test it out today! I just thought... imagine if it took 3 weeks to make brewing combines in EQ.
I'll let you know how it goes...
