Augment Solvents

Last night I went to remove an augment from an item but did not want it destroyed. I'm 100% sure that I heard in past patches that they added a solvent that kept the augment in tact, but removed it from the item. I went the Magus's in S RO, BB, EF, Nedaria, and Natimbi last night before giving up. They all only had the one that detroyed them. Can anyone help me??

there's a gnome at the BB camp (not the magus) who sells all the distillers(?) you need to safely remove augs.

There is a gnome in Yellow at the Butcherblock Wayfarer camp that sells all of the Solvents that remove augments without destroying them. (Not the Magus)
